Delete your Flanory account

Updated 15 October 2026.

In the app

Open Flanory and go to Profile → Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account and type your password.
You are signed out and the phone is emptied at once. We e-mail you, in case it was not you.

Without the app

E-mail contact@flanory.com from the address of your account. We delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Data	When
Username, e-mail, discoveries, photos, stamps, walks, the map you walked, your profile, friends and what you shared	After 30 days
Sign-in attempts (username and IP address)	After one day

Within the 30 days you can undo it: sign in and tap Undo, keep my account. Otherwise everything is deleted after 30 days, and we e-mail you when it is done.
