Flanory terms of use

Updated 18 October 2026.

In short

  • Flanory is free. You need an account and must be 13 or older.
  • You decide where you walk. A block, a stamp or a discovery never means a place is safe or open to visit.
  • What you share stays yours; you let us show it in Flanory.
  • Be kind. We can hide content and close accounts that break these terms.

The app

Flanory is being tested and changes as we build it. It is provided as it is: maps, areas, routes and other people's discoveries can be wrong or out of date, and features can change or stop.

Your account

One account per person, 13 or older. Keep your password to yourself. Your username must not pretend to be someone else or be offensive. You can delete your account at any time; see deleting your account.

Out walking

What you share

Your discoveries, photos and username are yours. You give us a free, non-exclusive right to store them and show them in Flanory, to the people the app says will see them, and to adjust them technically (for example the size of a photo). The right ends when you delete them or your account.

Only share what you have the right to share. Not allowed:

Reports and what we do

Anyone can tell us about content that breaks these terms or the law: with the report button in the app, or by e-mail to contact@flanory.com, saying what it is and why. If three people report the same thing, it is hidden automatically until we have looked; otherwise nothing is hidden before a person, not an algorithm, has looked at the report. If we hide your content or limit or close your account, we tell you why, and you can reply by e-mail if you think we got it wrong.

Liability

We do our best, but we cannot promise that Flanory always works or that its information is right, and we are not responsible for what other people share. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, for example for injury we cause through negligence.

Changes and law

If something important changes here, we e-mail you before it applies. Swedish law applies; consumer rights that apply where you live are not affected.
